Is this a form of body dysmorphia?

I don't think you have body dysmorphia. You've just had a baby your hormones are out of whack and you feel bad about the weight gain from pregnancy. You are at a healthy weight for your height and age but, you will look like you have excess weight due to the stretching of muscles from when you were carrying the baby. Everyone has extra flab after having a baby. It's normal. Stomach crunches may be a little sensitive still yet for you but, I think yoga would be wonderful to help you get back into shape. There are even Baby and Mommy yoga classes that you can take that would be good for bonding and would, be a lot of fun for both you and the baby. I don't think you need to lose anymore weight but, once you get your muscles toned again you will go down a pant size regardless if you lose weight or not. Your about the same size as me and I worry about my weight too. I know I'm not fat but, I guess media brain washing has affected us all.
