Is it possible for me to have caught HIV?

Okay, Ive been researching all day? Looking up symptoms.... I met this guy online and went over and started giving him oral... I might have done it for like 5-10mins before leaving because I left my keys in the car... He may have pre-cummed, not too sure...He didnt ejaculate for sure because he penis wasnt fully erected.... When I left his house, I immediately started feeling, strep throatish... my throat started hurting..... He was upset that I didnt come back to house, I was really nervous, first time doing anything like that.... So the next day he wrote me saying he had a open cut on his penis and that he was HIV positive..... I am worry and suffering panic attacks not to mention my throat still hurts... What should I do? Plz :(
