I would like to lose a little weight right there in the lower center part of stomach. How do I do it?

I just turned 14 years old,I am 5'1, and I weigh 108 pounds. I actively dance 4-5 times a week for an 1 1/2 to 2 hours and then do ab and butt and thigh work when I get home. Now to lose that little pudge of fat should I exercise more or reduce my calorie intake?
