So many of the good players from the 90's will never be in the hall of fame?

Not sure what the question is here, but if you're saying that a lot of players from the Steroids Era will not make the Hall of Fame, despite their gaudy stats, you're probably right. If a player was never tested positive and had a Hall of fame type career, I expect he'll be elected.
