Well to get good abs you need to be both fit and healthy. So eating right first off is important. So go with low calories foods. I say fruits and vegetables is perfect for healthiness. Next being fit is real easy, it's just whether or not your committed to being fit. Just start on something small, sit-ups every once in a while and go out for a jog like twice a week. Anything can help you since your pretty small right now. It's just the commitment on you. I say 25-50 sit-ups a day and you will be fine.
