Help! i need help thinning out for the summer. 15 yrs old.. self conscious?

so im 5'7'' and weigh 138ish pounds. i play alot of sports but at softball a=at the hs we dont run at all but i dont have time to run after i get home i mean i am no where near fat.. ive still a flat stomache and muscly.. but i got love handles!!! ahh. and i was getting a 6 pack so it is a change for me.. i dont like it.. with little time to go running how do i lose them?? paticular work outs please!?!?! and i am not fat at all.. just got a slight pudge in my lower abs and back.. and how would i lean up my thighs to?!?! thanks
