Flatter tummy in 3 weeks?

Ok... Never ever drink soda. Don't drink it after the three weeks too. Eat dinner before 6:00 PM and dont drink water past 7:00 pm. In the morning, eat like a king. In lunch, eat like normal. At dinner, eat like a homless person. Keep this up and i guarantee you that you'll lost more than you need to and you will actually look good and not just skinny. This is also a healthy way to get rid of fat.
