What do I look like I weight less than I do?

I weigh more than 150. Yet, people say I look a lot less. Why is that? I have pretty big boobs, butt, and thighs. Small pudge, not much. Some love handles? I think my measurements are about 38 31 37. Not exactly but fairly close.
