UURRGGEENNTT!!PLEASE HELP!?

i have 19 days to get rid of this pudge that i have,its only in my lower ab area and ive done almost evrything i can think of since the 1st of this month and it doesnt seem to be going anywhere. to me i'm fat to everyone else im jus growing but were goin to Panama City Beach and i wuld rlly like to wear a bathing suit and actually look attractive but i cnt if i hav this pudge! please please help me,im 14 and 132 pounds i dnt look it i look 145 sooo plz plz plz help!!! ONLY 19 DAYS LEFT!
