I constantly think about my weight, and ever since i made the varsity cheerleading team at my high school as a freshman i've been feeling more self concious. They put me as a backspot and I'm 5'4 and around 110lbs. I want to lose at least 10 pounds if not 15 or 20 cause i dont like being fat. Or at least thats how i feel. My upper tummy is flat but i feel like my lower tummy has some pudge. How do i lose 10 pounds?
