How to deal with overeating after you do it?

I have been recently struggling with my weight, and I am not fat by any means, but I have a little pudge on my stomach. I am very active and I have been eating really healthy and feeling great, but today (Mother's Day) my parents kinda forced me to keep eating (And it was almost all unhealthy) And I wanted to stop, but there's really no arguing with my parents. Anyways, I feel horrible right now, and I know I'm going to look horrible tomorrow, so what should I do? I went on about a 3/4 mile walk with my dog, but I still feel SOOO fat! Any suggestions? Anything, I am desperate, because this is going straight to my stomach, I can just tell! Thanks!
