Help losing stubborn midriff weight?
Hi there everyone! Beach season is here, and I'm done being in this awkward limbo between plus size and teen size. I'm a 17 year old girl. I'm tall (5'10") and very muscular, but I still weigh 190 lbs. My legs are thin but muscular, and my arms are the same way, but I put on all my weight into my stomach and hips. How do I lose this belly pudge and lovehandles? And please don't give me that classic "do ab workouts and eat healthy." I'm doing that and I it's helping: just wondering if there was anything else specifically I could do other than the typical. Oh and I'm a vegetarian and a picky eater, which makes eating healthy foods really difficult for me, but I'm doing it anyway. Thanks!
