Belly..guys do you care?

Guys...does extra pudge really matter if the girl is hot? Say she has a gorgeous face, nice smile, great personality and nice everything else but her belly sticks out a bit...do you care or not? And she's not overweight either. My friend and I debated this and I want to see what other guys have to say :) thanks.
