I'm 16 years old, 5'3 and I weigh 157. I've always been thicker, but currently I have a little belly pudge, somewhat chubby but more flabby, arms. My thighs aren't huge, but they have extra fat than needed :/ I don't want to starve myself and skip meals. I want to exercise and eat healthily. I don't have the option of going to a gym, and I have no exercise equipment. What cardio, and strength workouts will be good for me to do? Also any eating tips? Thanks, I appreciate it (:
